Kaudex Contract participated in the renovation of the Ocean Drive Madrid hotel, a hotel that transfers all the spirit and personality of its brand, OD Hotels, to the essence of the capital of Spain. Located in an unbeatable location in the heart of the city, in Plaza de Isabel II, in front of the Opera Palace, and a few steps from the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and Calle Gran Vía, in addition to being near such emblematic neighborhoods as La Latina, Huertas, Los Austrias, Malasaña and Chueca.
OD’s identity is reflected in each of the hotel’s spacious and bright 72 rooms, in the bright and open reception area with the lobby bar, restaurant with its interior garden terrace and co-working area, as well as in its OD Sky Bar, with pool and solarium.
Every detail of the Ocean Drive Madrid is an example of design and innovation, with elegant architecture and very careful interior design that have given life to a fluid and clean space, with a selection of designer furniture and natural textiles.
